Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 15, 2026

Everpath (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information about visitors to tryeverpath.com and related sites. It also describes your rights under applicable laws, including Washington’s My Health My Data Act and Nevada’s privacy statutes.

We do not sell your health-question responses or disclose them to data brokers, advertisers, or referral partners. As described below, if you do not qualify for certain insurance options and have consented through our form to be contacted by Everpath and our insurance referral partners, we may share limited contact information with an ACA referral partner. Everpath may receive compensation if a referral results in enrollment or another qualifying outcome.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information you voluntarily provide in our web form or communications. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, and the health-related information or insurance details you enter (e.g. current coverage, age, medical conditions, prescriptions). We do not request highly sensitive health details (e.g. actual medical records or SSNs) via the online form. We treat the health-related responses as “consumer health data” under WA/NV law.

We also automatically collect technical data when you visit our site, such as your IP address, browser type, device ID, and browsing patterns (via cookies and similar tools). The purpose is to help improve the site and measure ad campaign performance. We do not send health-question responses or other sensitive health information to Meta or Google. We may provide limited contact or technical information, such as hashed contact identifiers, device information, IP address, and generic conversion events, to advertising and analytics providers for attribution, measurement, and advertising optimization.

All form data is processed on Heyflow’s encrypted EU servers. Everpath has entered into applicable data-processing agreements with Heyflow, including a Business Associate Agreement for its handling of health information.

How We Use Your Information

We use your contact information (name, email, phone) to respond to your inquiry and to contact you about insurance options you requested. If you provide the applicable consent through our form, Everpath and the licensed insurance professionals identified in that consent may contact you regarding insurance services.

We use your health and eligibility answers only to evaluate which insurance options or agents are appropriate for you. Health-question responses are processed within Heyflow solely for qualification and routing. Everpath’s CRM and agents do not receive or view those responses. The health responses are deleted by Heyflow after processing.

We do not sell or disclose your health-question responses to data brokers, advertisers, or referral partners. As described below, if you do not qualify for certain insurance options, we may provide limited contact information to an insurance referral partner in accordance with the consent you provided through our form. Everpath may receive compensation if a referral results in enrollment or another qualifying outcome.

Sharing Your Information

We share your contact details and non-sensitive info only as necessary to provide requested services. Specifically:

  • Our sales representatives or licensed insurance agents (affiliated with Everpath/USHEALTH Advisors) will receive your name and phone to call you if you qualify.
  • If you are not eligible for certain insurance options available through our network, we may refer you to a licensed ACA insurance professional. If you have consented through our form to be contacted by Everpath and our insurance referral partners, we may provide that partner with limited contact information, such as your name and telephone number, so they can contact you regarding ACA coverage. We do not provide the referral partner with the health-question responses you submitted through Heyflow. Everpath may receive compensation if a referred consumer enrolls in coverage or otherwise results in a qualifying referral outcome.
  • We do not sell or disclose your health-question responses to third parties for compensation, advertising, or unrelated marketing purposes. We do not provide personal information to data brokers or unrelated marketers. Compensated insurance referrals involving limited contact information are described above.

Grouped statistical data (e.g. number of visitors by region) may be shared with analytics providers, but it is non-identifiable. All processors we use (Heyflow, Ringy, etc) are under strict security agreements (including DPAs/BAAs where applicable) and only process data on our instructions.

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and web analytics (Google Analytics and Meta Pixel) to optimize the website and ads. These tools collect device identifiers, IP addresses (anonymized), and engagement metrics. You can disable cookies via your browser settings at any time.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data. If you believe we have health data about you, you may request its deletion and Everpath will comply as soon as practicable (consistent with WA/NV law). You may also withdraw any consent given (for health data or communications) at any time by contacting us (see below). We maintain telemarketing consent records as required by law.

Data Security

We implement security measures (encryption, access controls, strict vendor agreements) to protect your data. Heyflow data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Only authorized Everpath employees can access personal data, and systems are housed in secure data centers. We train staff to handle personal data responsibly. In the event of a data breach, Everpath will notify affected individuals and authorities as required by law (including any applicable HIPAA or FTC breach rules).

Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above will reflect changes. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on our site. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by applicable law. Where a change requires additional consent, we will obtain that consent before engaging in the new collection, use, or sharing.
