Communication Consent
Last updated: August 15, 2026
When you provide your contact information and give your consent through an Everpath form, you authorize the parties identified in the consent disclosure to contact you regarding health insurance products, coverage options, quotes, enrollment assistance, and related insurance services.
Calls, Text Messages, and Emails
By providing your consent, you authorize Everpath and the licensed insurance professionals identified in the consent disclosure to contact you at the telephone number and email address you provide.
Communications may include:
- Telephone calls
- SMS or MMS text messages
- Calls or messages made using automated dialing technology
- Artificial or prerecorded voice messages, where permitted by law
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.
Insurance Professionals and Referral Partners
Depending on the results of your insurance qualification, your contact information may be provided to the licensed insurance professional or insurance organization identified in the consent disclosure.
If certain insurance options are not appropriate for you, your limited contact information may instead be provided to an identified licensed ACA insurance referral partner so that the partner can contact you regarding alternative coverage options.
Everpath may receive compensation if a referral results in enrollment or another qualifying outcome.
Your health-question responses are not provided to insurance referral partners as part of this contact referral.
Consent Is Not Required to Purchase
Your consent to receive marketing calls, texts, or emails is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Revoking Your Consent
You may revoke your consent to future marketing communications at any time.
For text messages, you may reply STOP.
You may also tell a caller that you no longer wish to receive calls or contact Everpath at contact@tryeverpath.com.
Everpath and the applicable calling or messaging parties will process revocation and do-not-contact requests as required by applicable law.
