Your request goes to a licensed agent or agency. Everpath does not review applications, determine eligibility, or approve coverage of any kind.

The agent discusses options that may be available
The agent can explain the products they are able to offer where you live, answer questions at your pace, and tell you what an application would involve if you decide to move forward.
What Everpath does not do
Everpath is not an insurance carrier, a healthcare provider, or a government website, and it does not issue policies. Pricing, eligibility, benefits, and availability are determined by insurance carriers and depend on the applicant and the products offered in their area. Nothing on this page is an offer of coverage.
